We kindly ask that guests arrange their own transportation to and from the hotel and Notre Dame Church. Only arrangements for the bridal party transport have been made.

The Drake's check-in time for the guests is at 4pm. If you need an earlier check-in time, please inquire directly with the hotel about this accomodation. Whether or not you are staying the night at The Drake, parking is free (even if needed last minute to be overnight). Valet is available upon personal need.

Both! The church mass ceremony and dinner will be held indoors, with the opportunity for outdoor (weather permitting) or indoor access upon preference for the cocktail hour and post-dinner reception.

The Drake Oak Brook, Autograph Collection, is the only hotel locally which has a block of rooms available for our guests. However, there are several other hotels all within a mile or less of The Drake.

We ask that our guests join us by dressing in their best formal attire to enjoy the evening of celebration. Men can wear a suit in any color and women can wear a cocktail dress or a elevated pantsuit of their liking!

Only guests included on our formal invitation are invited to our wedding. We ask that you kindly honor this request, in order to appropriately seat our large party size for the dinner reception.

Similar to bringing a guest, if your child was not included on the formal invitation, we unfortunately are not able to accomodate your child attending our wedding day due to space restrictions. We love your children, but thank you for your understanding.

As a dietitian, please note that Dana, as well as Kevin, want to ensure that all those in attendance on their wedding day are fed well! Guests will be selecting their plated entry of choice as part of their RSVP. Even if you added your dietary restrictions on your RSVP, please do not hesitate to contact Dana for additional reassurance and accomodation strategies if you have concerns.
